At Letika Care, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer exchanges or returns within 7 days after receiving your order.

1. Conditions for Exchange or Return

  • The product must be unused, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) must be provided.

  • Products damaged by misuse will not be accepted.

2. How to Request

Send an email to letikaoficial@gmail.com with your order number, reason for the exchange or return, and, if possible, photos of the product.

3. Shipping Costs

  • In cases of returns due to regret, the return shipping cost will be the customer's responsibility.

  • In cases of store error (wrong or defective product), Letika Care will cover the return shipping cost.
