Exchange and Return Policy
At Letika Care, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer exchanges or returns within 7 days after receiving your order.
1. Conditions for Exchange or Return

The product must be unused, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging.

Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) must be provided.

Products damaged by misuse will not be accepted.
2. How to Request
Send an email to letikaoficial@gmail.com with your order number, reason for the exchange or return, and, if possible, photos of the product.
3. Shipping Costs

In cases of returns due to regret, the return shipping cost will be the customer's responsibility.

In cases of store error (wrong or defective product), Letika Care will cover the return shipping cost.
